Delivery Policy

All Prices tagged on products are SINGLE ITEM DELIVERY COST. If you add more than 1 item there will be a extra charge for that. Please ask out staff we will work it out the best shipping price for you if need bulk items or more than 1 item. 

 

We are doing flexible and fast delivery and assemble service within Auckland & Hamilton  Area. One shipping cost for more items.

 

Note: We only do Ground Floor delivery, if anyone wants us to do Upstairs/ or in the lift. Please send us an email or call us  .we also provide upstairs delivery but their will be an extra charge.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Once we have received your order, we will contact you to discuss the delivery times.

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

 Please note: Auckland area We will process your order within 2-3 working days. Once your order is processed, it can be delivery.

 

Delivery time outside Auckland is approximately 3-5 working days from processing.

 

Check the size of your purchase

It is important you check the size of your furniture purchase to ensure that it will fit through all doorways, lift access and entrances.  The Sales Assistant can provide the dimensions of each item to ensure your purchase will fit into your home.  Any redelivery required due to access will incur additional delivery charges and are payable prior to rebooking.

 

Delivery and assembly services:

The delivery fee does not include assembly.

We can provide door-to-door assembly service in Auckland & Hamilton. This service is not available in other regions. If you need this service,

please contact us.

 Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-2pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready.
